Invisalign® enables patients to straighten their teeth and correct bites without the food restrictions and additional oral hygiene associated with traditional braces.
Custom-made aligners are fabricated according to an individually designed plan developed by Dr. Silversmith using Invisalign® software. The aligners are made of soft plastic that guides the tooth movement. Some people may not even notice you are wearing the aligners. A new aligner is started about every 1-2 weeks, yet office visits can still be scheduled every 6-8 weeks.

First, we will create an accurate 3D digital impression of your smile using our iTero® Element digital scanner. Using the iTero® scanner eliminates the need for traditional impressions that can be uncomfortable for some patients.
Create a Treatment Plan
Using Invisalign®’s ClinCheck® software, we will work to create a plan for the transformation of your smile. Using the ClinCheck® software offers patients faster setups, fewer rejections, and fewer fit issues.
Preview your Smile
With the ClinCheck® software, we can even show you the shifting of your smile from beginning to end, even before treatment has begun.
Create the Aligners
Once your digital plan is finalized, your custom aligners are made using our state-of-the-art printing process.
Wear Your Aligners
Wear your Invisalign® clear aligners 20 to 22 hours a day for the best results, and take them out only to eat, brush, and floss. While wearing your aligners as prescribed, your teeth will gradually and gently shift into alignment.
